Unreasonable?
I’m obsessed with the idea. I have been living by “Unreasonable Marketing Tactics” since the first day I cracked open a book written by Mr. Unreasonable himself.
Paul Lemberg is one of my favorite mentors. I had heard his voice in training videos and conference calls for quite some time telling me how to improve professionally on more levels than I knew existed. But this past February I got to meet Paul and hear him speak in person. There was a heavy hint of personal improvement and spiritual movement woven through everything he said that made me think, “Whoa, this guy really spends time reflecting on this stuff.”
It wasn’t until that night I was able to corner him for 15 minutes and ask him something away from the crowd that was completely unrelated to what we were all there to discuss. The answer he gave me changed the way I viewed my business and in three weeks I landed a contract with a signing bonus worth 6 weeks of the “old way” of my work. Do you think that hooked me?
…..YA THINK?!
There’s a message for every entrepreneur in his book, Be Unreasonable. If for some ridiculous reason you don’t purchase this book, I beg of you, at least go sign up for the free excerpt. But trust me, you’ll get to about the second paragraph and realize you’re wasting time because it’s only an excerpt and you need to absorb as much of this as you can, like, yesterday.
My posts in the Being Unreasonable Category are my thoughts on unconventional ways to extraordinary results. You’re probably limiting yourself without even realizing it. If any of these mini-posts strike home to you, I’d encourage you to share it on your favorite social network. In fact, I implore you to share them. Just the thought of letting them sit here to collect dust makes me a little disappointed in you already.
Go, go, go!
